Now the fun begins. You’ll work with an agent to explore neighborhoods, compare homes, and schedule tours. Your agent helps narrow your options based on your lifestyle, budget, and must-haves.
Make An Offer + Negotiate
Once you find the home you love, your agent will help you write a strong offer. If the seller counters, don’t worry, that’s normal. Your agent will guide you through negotiations until both sides agree on price and terms.
Enter Contract + Escrow
After the offer is accepted, the home goes “under contract.” This means it’s reserved for you while final details are worked out. Escrow ensures that all documents, funds, and tasks are handled fairly and on time.
Inspections + Final Prep
A licensed inspector checks the home top to bottom—roof, plumbing, electrical, and more. If repairs are needed, you may renegotiate or request fixes. Your agent coordinates everything to keep the process smooth and stress-free.
Close & Celebrate
This is closing day! You’ll sign the final paperwork, transfer funds, and receive your keys. Once it’s done, the home is officially yours—and it’s time to celebrate.
